This usually occurs when your card is added to too many devices. A simple thing to do is login to your old devices and delete the card from your wallet, then try adding your card to your new device again.

If you're trying to add your card to your Apple Pay wallet, the reason you're having trouble is because our cards aren't currently compatible with Apple Pay. It's coming soon though, so watch this space!
