I am unable to see the payment method I wish to offer on Shopify or my platform

 

Please check if the following conditions are met for the Local Payment Method (LPM) you wish to allow your clients to use. You can check the eligible billing countries and currencies for the shoppers on each LPM here

 

  1. Payment method is compatible with Shopify or the platform you are using. Check it here
  2. Shopper is shopping from an eligible billing country for that LPM 
  3. Shopper is paying with an eligible billing currency for that LPM
  4. Auto-capture is set to true in Shopify or your platform (More details on capture on Shopify)

 

Question: I have checked the payment method in Shopify backend, but I’m not seeing it on the redirect checkout page after clicking pay.


Answer: Shopify’s settings only decides which logos are being shown on the checkout page. For payment methods to be visible for the customers please ensure that this is enabled on your Airwallex Webapp. Additionally, please check if the following conditions are met for the LPM you wish to allow your clients to use.
