Downloading Airwallex transactions in a standard format

You can download your Airwallex balance activities in the SWIFT MT940 format which is supported by most ERPs and other accounting software.

How to download transactions in the MT940 format?

1. In the Airwallex webapp, go to Reports in the left-hand menu and generate a Balance Activity Report by clicking Generate.
   
   
    
2. On the configuration screen, choose MT940 under file format and click Generate.
   
   
    
3. Select the date range and currencies for which you want to generate the report. Each MT940 report covers a single day and a single currency. If you generate MT940 balance activity reports for multiple currencies or multiple days, they will be delivered together in a ZIP file.

Note: The MT940 report always includes all transaction types. You cannot generate a balance activity report in MT940 format for a single transaction type.
