I have a faulty connection and my Airwallex transactions not syncing to Xero, how can I resolve this?

If you are experiencing connection issues with Xero such as transactions not syncing, do not ‘Disconnect’ your connection. Use the 'Refresh connection' feature to recover your connection. Follow the steps below to reconnect to Xero.

  1. Navigate to the 'Connections' tab under 'Account'
  2. Click on the 'Xero Bank Feed' tile and "Refresh connection"



  3. Reconnect the faulty Xero organisation connection
