I am experiencing a Xero Feed Connection error, how can I resolve this?

An existing feed connection on your Xero bank account is preventing Airwallex from syncing transactions. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Remove the existing connection feed on the Xero bank account 

  1. Navigate to "Bank accounts" in Xero by clicking "Accounting" > "Bank accounts"

  2. Locate the Xero bank account and click "Manage Account" followed by "Edit Account details"

  3. Remove the existing feed by emptying "Your Bank" field and input "AWX"

Option 2: You may choose another Xero bank account to sync the transactions
