An existing feed connection on your Xero bank account is preventing Airwallex from syncing transactions. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Remove the existing connection feed on the Xero bank account
- Navigate to "Bank accounts" in Xero by clicking "Accounting" > "Bank accounts"
- Locate the Xero bank account and click "Manage Account" followed by "Edit Account details"
- Remove the existing feed by emptying "Your Bank" field
Option 2: You may choose another Xero bank account to sync the transactions
