What is a withdrawal?
A withdrawal (also known as a redemption) is when you move funds from your Yield balance to your Cash wallet by selling your Yield holdings. You can only withdraw up to your available Yield balance.
What options are available for withdrawals?
When you withdraw, you can choose between a standard and an instant withdrawal.
- Instant withdrawals settle to your cash balance within seconds. There is a daily limit on instant withdrawals of 100,000 AUD for withdrawals from AUD Yield balances and 100,000 USD for withdrawals from USD Yield balances. Depending on your plan, there may also be a fee for instant withdrawals.
- Standard withdrawals submitted before the cut-off time settle into your Cash wallet in 1-2 business days (2-3 business days when submitted after the cut-off). There are no limits and no fees for standard withdrawals.
How do I make a withdrawal?
- To make a withdrawal, navigate to your Yield wallet (Wallet -> Balances, then scroll below your Cash balances).
- Click the “Withdraw” button. You can do this from the main balances page or within a selected currency Yield balance page
- Select the currency and input the amount you would like to withdraw. Then choose either standard or instant withdrawal.
- Review the information you’ve inputted and click “confirm” to submit your withdrawal.
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully submitted a Yield withdrawal.
When will my withdrawal settle into my Cash wallet?
- Instant withdrawals settle to your Cash wallet balance within seconds of confirmation.
- Standard withdrawals submitted before 12pm AEDT/AEST on a business day will be processed on the same day and settled to your Cash wallet balance in 1-2 business days.
