The system is unable to find my business address

In this case, customers will encounter an error that states: "We are unable to find your business”.

The error message you're seeing is due to our external service provider's difficulty in verifying your information.

We allow you to try to re-enter your information up to 3 times. If these attempts are exhausted, you will be prompted to manually enter the state of incorporation and the formation date of your business before proceeding to the next page.

What should I do if the auto-filled address is incorrect?

To resolve this, you can manually enter your correct address in the fields provided. This will ensure that your address is accurately recorded. 

I hold a Chinese ID but do not have a Chinese phone number?

Could you please assist select " No" for the question about Do you have a People's Republic of China Resident ID card (China ID) and proceed with the application? Our internal team will review the IDs provided manually and proceed with the application. 

What do I do when my business is owned by another entity?

To proceed further, please provide the ID information of relevant individuals (e.g. CEO / Country Manager) as the controlling person. We will reach out with the customer if there is anything else related to the business.

If you see the below pop-up again after doing so then please select the checkbox and proceed with the application. Our onboarding team will reach out to you if there is anything else we needed to complete the process.
