Where is my Yield balance
If you see "Business Accounts" in the left-hand navigation, you're on the new Airwallex experience. To view your Yield balance, navigate to your Yield account under Business Accounts
If you don't see "Business Accounts" in the left-hand navigation, you're on the old Airwallex experience. To view your Yield balance, navigate to your Wallet -> Balances -> Scroll to below your Airwallex Cash balance.
How is my current Yield balance calculated?
Your current Yield balance is calculated as the total # of units you hold multiplied by the daily unit price for that currency minus any pending withdrawals you’ve initiated. Pending deposits are not included in your Yield balance until they are settled.
When are my returns allocated?
Your returns are allocated daily and your Yield balance is updated daily to reflect this. We will show your monthly cumulative gains in the statement issued for the respective currency.
How are my returns calculated?
Your returns will be calculated as your cumulative gains within a given calendar month.
Monthly returns = EoM Yield balance - SoM Yield balance - Deposits + Withdrawals

If you don't see "Business Accounts" in the left navigation column, you're on the old Airwallex experience. You will be migrated to the new WebApp experience soon as we gradually roll it out.
