When does the daily user data update occur?
The update occurs every 24 hours from the time you first set up your HRIS connection. For example, if setup occurred at 10:00 AM, the next sync will be at 10:00 AM the following day.
Can I trigger an ad hoc sync to download the latest user data?
Yes. You can click the “Sync now” button in the connected HRIS card. Please note you are limited to 30 ad hoc syncs per month.
Why am I not seeing the full list of employees in my HRIS?
This typically happens if the person who connected the HRIS does not have full admin access. Ensure the user setting up the connection has the appropriate permissions to the entire employee directory.
What if I make changes to how I’ve configured my HRIS connection?
If you make changes to how you’ve configured your HRIS connection, such as changing your entity or user field mappings, you can trigger an ad hoc sync to immediately update all of your user data to reflect the changes. Please note you are limited to 30 ad hoc syncs per month.
Why am I not seeing my employment entities imported from my HRIS?
This will happen if your HRIS system does not have a standard company field for employment entity. If you use a custom field in your HRIS for employment entity, you can reconnect the integration and map the custom field from your HRIS to Airwallex’s employment entity field.
