Yield Withdrawals (SG)
What options are available for withdrawals?
When you withdraw, you can choose between a standard and an instant withdrawal.
- Instant withdrawals settle to your cash balance within seconds. There is a daily limit on instant withdrawals of 200,000 SGD for withdrawals from SGD Yield balances and 200,000 USD for withdrawals from USD Yield balances. Depending on your plan, there may also be a fee for instant withdrawals.
- Standard withdrawals submitted before the cut-off time settle into your Cash wallet in 1-2 business days. There are no limits and no fees for standard withdrawals.
How do I withdraw money from my Yield account?
For the New Airwallex WebApp Experience (Beta phase):
If you see "Business Accounts" in the left navigation column, you're on the new Airwallex experience. If you don't see this, then please refer to the steps outlined under "For the existing Airwallex Webapp Experience"
- To make a withdrawal, navigate to your Wallet and scroll to your Yield balances
- Click on the “Withdraw” button.
- Choose the account that you want to withdraw funds to
- Choose the currency and input the amount you would like to withdraw, then click ‘next’
- Review the information you’ve inputted and click “confirm” to submit your withdrawal request.
- If your company has approvals set up, the transfer will now be sent for approval. If approvals are not required, your transfer has now been created and will be processed at the next fund cut-off time. Please note withdrawals can be placed anytime but will only be processed on the fund's trading days. You will receive an email with an estimated date for when funds will be disbursed, normally in 1 business day
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully made a withdrawal.
For the existing Airwallex Webapp Experience:
If you don't see "Business Accounts" in the left navigation column, you're on the old Airwallex experience. You will be migrated to the new WebApp experience soon as we gradually roll it out.
- To make a withdrawal, navigate to your Wallet and scroll to your Yield balances
- Click on the “Withdraw” button.
- Choose the currency and input the amount you would like to withdraw, then click ‘next’
- Review the information you’ve inputted and click “confirm” to submit your withdrawal request. You will receive an email with an estimated date for when funds will be disbursed, normally in 1 business day. The confirmation page for the transaction will also confirm the estimated settlement date.
- Please note withdrawals can be placed anytime but will only be processed on the fund's trading days.
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully made a withdrawal.
