QuickBooks Payments Feed automatically syncs detailed records of Airwallex Payments (payments, refunds, fees and disputes) into QuickBooks Online, simplifying reconciliation and reducing manual effort and errors.

How to set up Payments Feed?
- Navigate to Connections: Select Settings → Connections
- Search and select Quickbooks → Payments Feed. Click Connect to start the setup process
- To begin the connection, log in to your QuickBooks account and select your company.

Map your Airwallex entities to your QuickBooks companies. This will ensure that payment transactions across your Airwallex entities sync to the correct QuickBooks companies.

Enable the settlement currencies for which you want to sync your payment transactions.
To set up the currency for syncing, you will need to make the following selections:- Select a QuickBooks bank account to sync your net settlement amount to. We recommend using the same bank account that you have configured for your QuickBooks Bank Feed
- Select a QuickBooks bank account to use as a clearing account. Payment transactions will first sync to this clearing account before the net settlement is transferred for reconciliation against your bank feed
- Map accounts for your customer payments, refunds, fees, and disputes. Customer payments, refunds, and disputes can be mapped to income accounts, while fees can be mapped to expense accounts
- Select a QuickBooks bank account to sync your net settlement amount to. We recommend using the same bank account that you have configured for your QuickBooks Bank Feed

Review your account selections for each of your enabled settlement currencies and complete the connection
How to manage an existing Payments Feed connection?
Once connected, you can return to the main QuickBooks Payments Feed page to update your connection settings, reconnect, or disconnect.
