NetSuite Payments Feed

The NetSuite Payments Feed extends our existing NetSuite integrations by automatically syncing all Airwallex payment transactions, refunds, fees and disputes into NetSuite, enabling automated reconciliation. This new feed complements the NetSuite Bank Feed and the NetSuite Invoice Payment integration to provide an end‑to‑end reconciliation experience inside NetSuite.

  3. If your Bank Feed is not yet connected, you will be prompted to enter your NetSuite account credentials at this stage. For detailed instructions on how to locate this information in your NetSuite account, see this guide.

  4. Map your Airwallex entities to your NetSuite companies. This will ensure that payment transactions across your Airwallex entities sync to the correct NetSuite companies.

To set up the currency for syncing, you will need to make the following selections:
    • Select a NetSuite bank account to sync your net settlement amount to. We recommend using the same bank account that you have configured for your NetSuite Bank Feed.
    • Map accounts for your customer refunds, fees, and disputes. Refunds and disputes can be mapped to income accounts, while fees can be mapped to expense accounts.

  6. Review your account selections for each of your enabled settlement currencies and complete the connection.
