How do I create a new entity to prepare for the change of my Airwallex servicing entity to Airwallex (Israel) Ltd?

If you are an Airwallex customer based in Israel and joined us before 20 January 2026, your servicing entity is changing to Airwallex (Israel) Ltd. Our Customer Service would have notified you regarding this update on 12 January 2026.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up your new entity under Airwallex (Israel) Ltd within your existing Airwallex account. Once these steps are complete, our onboarding team will reach out to guide you through the final stages of the transition.

Note: If you joined Airwallex on or after 20 January 2026, you are already registered under the Airwallex (Israel) Ltd entity. You are not impacted by this change and do not need to follow the steps in this guide.

Steps to create the new entity

Step 1. Login to your Airwallex account.

Step 2. In the settings section, select ‘Create entity’ to start the new entity creation and KYC verification.
