- Online Form: If you’ve already spoken to our support team and you’re not happy with the resolution, you have the right to make a formal complaint using this form: Make A Complaint
- We will email you an acknowledgement within 2 Business Days, investigate your complaint (requesting more information if needed), and issue a Final Response within 20 Business Days—or notify you if more time is required.
