Spend Overview is the central place to monitor your company’s spend in Airwallex. Use it to understand how much you’re spending, what you’re spending on, and who is spending.
Who can use Spend Overview?
Currently, only users with expense and/or bill admin permission can use the spend overview. We’ll be expanding this to more users soon.
Users can only see the spend they have permission to view.
Spend Overview
The Overview tab is the control panel for admins to quickly understand the health of their business and operate more efficiently. Use it to resolve issues faster and close your books with confidence. It also includes personalized recommendations so you can get more out of Airwallex.
Analytics
The Analytics tab allows users to quickly understand how much you’re spending, what you’re spending on, and who is spending over time. Default analytics views include spend by entity, vendor / merchant, accounting department, expense category, user, and spend method (card expenses, reimbursements, and bills).
Custom Views
Users can also create their own custom views to build personalized views for the spend data most relevant to them. See the below demo video:
Export data
You can also export the underlying data for deeper analysis.
