This guide outlines the steps to update your business address linked to your Airwallex account. Please note that the requirements may differ based on where your business is registered. Read on to understand the essential information needed for our team to make changes to your account. In some cases, our team may ask for more information to complete the process outside of these requirements.

Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' section of your account from the dashboard on the left
Step 2. Under "Business Address" in the "Entities" section, click on the option to Update address
Step 3. Enter the New Business Address then Select "Update", confirm the new address on the following pop-up message.
Step 4. You would receive a confirmation that the address is being reviewed by our team. If there are no further information needed, the address will be updated.
Step 5. In case further information is needed to complete the review, you may receive a request via email. The status of the Business address on the "Settings" page will change from "In review" to "Information required". Select "Provide now" to submit the supporting documents.
Upload a supporting document that shows the company's new business address and submit.
Once the review is completed, the address will be updated on the account!

Australia
Depending on whether you are a sole trader or a company, we may need relevant documents to verify the address before updating our system.
If your business is a Sole Trader/Sole Proprietorship or Partnership:
In order for us to change your address your registered business, we will require an official document (such as a utility bill or a bank statement) that clearly shows the current address you wish to change to.
If your business is a Company or Trust:
You need to have the address updated on ASIC before we can make any changes. If your address hasn’t been updated on ASIC yet, our team will require your change lodgement letter from ASIC.
If you don’t have the relevant documents and your address hasn’t been updated on ASIC yet, we won’t be able to update your address just yet. Feel free to come back to us at a later date with an updated address or documents and we’ll be able to make the change for you.
Europe
If your business is a Sole Trader or Sole Proprietorship:
To update the address for your EU-registered sole trader or sole proprietorship business, we will need an official document indicating the change in address. This can be a utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement and/or lease agreement. All types of documents will need to have been issued within the last 3 months.
If your business is a Company:
To update the address for your EU-registered company (Limited company/LLP), we will need an official document indicating the change in address from the national business registry. The document should be up to date indicating the recent changes.
Hong Kong
In order for us to change your address for your HK-registered business, we will require an official document (such as a utility bill or a bank statement) that clearly shows the current address you wish to change to.
Singapore
In order for us to change your address for your SG-registered business, we will require an official document (such as a utility bill or a bank statement) that clearly shows the current address you wish to change to.
Malaysia
In order for us to change your address for your MY-registered business, we will require an official document (such as a utility bill or a bank statement) that clearly shows the current address you wish to change to.
United Kingdom
In order for us to change the address for your UK-registered business, we will require an official document indicating the change in address from Companies House.
United States
In order for us to change your address for your US-registered business, we will require an official document (such as a utility bill or a bank statement) that clearly shows the current address you wish to change to.
