Configuring low balance alerts on your account can help ensure that you always have sufficient funds for your critical operating expenses.
For the New Airwallex WebApp Experience (Beta phase):
If you see "Business Accounts" in the left navigation column, you're on the new Airwallex experience. If you don't see this then please refer to steps outlined under "For the existing Airwallex Webapp Experience"
To get started, navigate to the 'Account configuration' tab in your Borderless cash account. There you will find a section on low balance alerts.
Click “Manage” and select the currency balance, or balances, you’d like to receive alerts for. You can set one alert per currency. Enter in your low balance threshold, save, and you’re finished!
For the existing Airwallex Webapp Experience:
If you don't see "Business Accounts" in the left navigation column, you're on the old Airwallex experience. You will be migrated to the new WebApp experience soon as we gradually roll it out.
To get started, navigate to the 'Settings' tab in your Wallet. There you will find a new section on low balance alerts.
Click “Set up” and select the currency balance, or balances, you’d like to receive alerts for. You can set one alert per currency. Enter in your low balance threshold, save, and you’re finished!
Any user on the Account with the Wallet View permission will be able to opt in/out of receiving these notifications.
The moment your Available balance drops below the threshold, we’ll send an email to all opted-in users. Go to your user profile on the top right corner and select Notifications to opt in or out of notifications.
