If you are a Shopify Plus merchant, please follow the steps below:
- Please upgrade to checkout extensibility. Please follow the Shopify official guide for detailed instructions.
- After completing the upgrade, check your cart and checkout page. You should now be able to see it on the checkout page.
If you are using Bancontact as another provider, this may cause issues as well. Please follow the steps below:
- Disable Bancontact as a payment method
- Check your cart and checkout page. You should now be able to see it on the checkout page.
