Pre-chargebacks and refunds done via the Airwallex web-app are not reflected in my Shopify admin.

Question: How can I sync the orders? 

Answer: If the payment attempt was already successful, any subsequent change events such as chargeback will not be synced back to Shopify. This is due to the fact that Shopify does not provide such a capability to 3rd party payment providers. If there are refunds and this needs to be synced in Shopify, please mark the order as “refunded” in Shopify and it will sync accordingly.
