Why is a payment method not visible on my payment link?

You would not be able to see specific Local Payment Method (LPM) you wish to allow your clients to use if any of the below conditions are not met. 

  1. You have activated the payment method in Airwallex
  2. Payment method is compatible with Payment Links. Check it here
  3. Shopper is shopping from an eligible billing country for that LPM. For payment links when billing country is not available, the country inferred from the shoppers' IP address is used. 
  4. Shopper is paying with an eligible billing currency for that LPM. You can check the eligible billing countries and currencies for the shoppers on each LPM here
