For most customers, Airwallex Corporate Cards are funded directly through your account’s cash balance. You do not need to pre-fund each individual card, and each card will draw directly from your multi-currency wallet.
This means that if a card payment is getting declined due to insufficient funds, you need to top up your Wallet balance.
Customers with a credit balance (Beta)
Selected customers may be eligible for a credit balance to use for card payments. When creating a new card, you can choose to fund it from either your cash or credit balance
Cards funded by your credit balance will draw down from your available credit. If your card is declined due to insufficient available credit, you will need to make a repayment to restore your available credit.
