There can be two reasons why you are unable to see Payment Links in your account:
- You do not have enabled Payment links enabled for your account. Please reach out to your account manager to have this enabled if you have already not done so.
- If you have enabled Payment links for your account, then you might not be able to see Payment links if the your user account does not have the permissions to view/edit Payment Links.
Please follow the below steps to check user permissions to view Payment Links:

Please check the permissions for your account under Account>User Management>Your Username

Ensure you have at least "Viewer" permissions to be able to view Payment Links
