What does the TikTok Shop integration offer and why should I connect?
The TikTok Shop integration streamlines the process of retrieving TikTok Shop sales order information to fulfil regulatory requirements for CNY transfers into China via our local payment method
How do I set up the integration?
- Log into your Airwallex account.
- Navigate to the "Account" tab and select “Connections”
- Locate the "TikTok Shop" connection tile under "eCommerce"
- Click “Connect to TikTokShop”
- Select the country of your TikTok Shop and click "Continue"
- Select the region where you are a registered seller and click "Next"
- Choose the shop to install our Airwallex app on TikTok Shop. You can specify the authorization duration for our app (30 days to unlimited or any custom period)
- Review the permissions Airwallex has access to on your seller account and authorize. You will then be redirected back to Airwallex. The authorized shop will appear on the TikTok Shop detail page.
How many shops can I connect?
You can connect multiple TikTok Shops. However, please note that each TikTok Shop seller account can have only one active local seller shop. Therefore, you must connect to different TikTok Shop seller accounts to connect multiple shops.
Which geographies are supported?
We support TikTok Shop local sellers in all countries where TikTok Shop operates including US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam.
