Global spend and approvals: Create and maintain approval policies across the organisation, and submit, view, and approve expenses and bills for your entities in one place.
User management: Centrally manage and invite users across entities.
Accounting integrations: View and manage accounting integrations centrally. Global Entity Management supports NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, and Custom Accounting. A single organisation can connect to one accounting provider.
Accounting-only entities
You can create an entity for accounting purposes without completing KYC verification. An accounting-only entity does not have an associated Airwallex account. You can use it to track expenses and bills, and assign it as a user's employment entity. An employment entity is the entity assigned to a user; when the user submits an expense for reimbursement, this setting determines which accounting field values appear.
You can later choose to verify the entity to create an Airwallex account and manage funds in it. To open an account for the entity, it must be registered in a country where Airwallex supports accounts.
