We're excited you're interested in activating Payments with us! Before applying, please ensure your company meets the following criteria:
- You have an activated Airwallex business account. If you have questions on how to activate a business account at Airwallex, please refer to Getting Started
- Your company must be registered in an eligible country for the applied payment method. Applications for payment methods unavailable in these countries will fail, while the rest of your application will proceed normally.
- Your company shall fulfill payment method onboarding requirements.
- Your company does not operate in unsupported industries
Airwallex obligations require that we collect and maintain this information on all Payments users. These requirements come from our regulators and financial partners, and are intended to prevent abuse of the financial system. We also review the information you provide internally to make sure that it complies with Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Policies.
