A Borderless Cash account is a multi-currency transacting account that lets you hold, send, receive, and convert funds across multiple currencies.
This article covers how to navigate the Borderless Cash account page, read the table and summaries, use the header action menus, view account-level activity, and understand differences between accounts in different entities.

For an account not shown in the list:

What can I find on the Borderless Cash account overview page?
The Overview tab shows the account’s current available balance, a table of all currency balances, and summaries of account transfers, cards and conversions.
Available balance and view controls
The available balance is displayed at the top in the account’s primary currency. A View in currency selector lets you change the display currency for balances.
Balance table
The balance table lists each currency the account holds or has had activity in. Columns are:
| Column | Description |

These have not yet impacted your available balance |
| Scheduled out |
Funds scheduled to leave in this currency.
These have not yet impacted your available balance |
| Available balance | Current available balance in this currency |
Each currency row includes:
- A menu (⋯) button: per-currency actions on that balance. See Borderless Cash account actions for selectable actions.
- A View details (→) button: opens the currency’s detailed page (same as clicking the row)
Transfers, Cards and Conversions summaries

Seeing a different version of the Airwallex platform?
You may be on the previous version of the Airwallex platform. See Revamped Airwallex experience: one place to run your whole business (beta) for more information on the change.
The best way to confirm if you are on the previous version is to check your left sidebar column for any mention of Business Accounts. In the same sidebar, you can also check that you do not see Wallet or Transfers.
Certain actions and pages may not be visible if you have not been given sufficient global or account permissions.
